One of the questions I'm asked most often is where the name ELITDOM comes from.
The answer is simple: it wasn't created by a marketing agency.
It carries a part of my family's story.
At the heart of the name ELITDOM is the name Eli – a name that connects the two most important women in my life: my mother and my daughter. That's why it has always held a special place in my heart.
The letter ,,T" is no coincidence. It honours my father, Stoycho, and is part of both my own names – Stoycheva and Stoyanova.
The first sketch of the logo came to life with the help of my daughter, Eli. It was then that the letter "T" became a roof – a symbol that remains part of the ELITDOM logo to this day.

To me, that roof has always symbolised protection, stability and security – values I associate with my father and the role he played in our family.
And the word ,,Home" brings it all together.
To Me ELITDOM has never been just about real estate.
Nor has it ever been simply about finding a place to live.
But as a place filled with love, trust, support and the promise of a new beginning.
When I chose the name ELITDOM , it simply felt right.
Today, however, I realise that it has always carried my family within it in the most beautiful way.
When I look at the ELITDOM-logo, I don't just see a company name.
I see a story that holds my parents, my daughter, and the values I have chosen to live and work by.
Perhaps that's why I have always believed that real estate is about far more than square metres.
They are where people build their lives and create their own stories - and, with time,
become a place we truly call home.
